10.5% organic growth achieved for TTM December 2016 (above 9% average for 2014-2016, and well above 6% industry average).

The Company reached $180.1 million in TTM revenue (almost 4.5x its revenues in 2014), and closed $40 million of financing with a strategic partner, Jackson Investment Group, LLC.

The Company moved its domicile to the state of Delaware.

The Company acquired firstPRO 360 (F&A, IT, Engineering & Life Sciences staffing) and CBSbutler (engineering and IT staffing).

The Company acquired Clement May (Technology & Engineering staffing) in June and Key Resources (Commercial Staffing) in August, taking the Company’s annualized revenues to $320 million.
