Brendan Flood
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Flood is the President, Professional staffing (UK), at Staffing 360 solutions. Mr. Flood is responsible for leading the UK business and has over 20 years’ experience in the professional staffing industry.
Mr. Flood is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company, directing the leadership team, and building company culture.
Mr. Flood sold Initio International to Staffing 360 Solutions in January 2014. Prior to Initio, he spent seven years at Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) in various roles in Europe and the United States, culminating with Mr. Flood leading the company's IPO and listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market in 2003. During 2004 and 2005 he was the CFO/COO for Hudson North America, and returned the business to profitability after several loss-making years.
Prior to the IPO in 2003, Hudson was part of what is now Monster Worldwide, Inc., the parent company of Monster.com. As part of the global realignment of Monster Worldwide, Inc. in November 2001, Mr. Flood became CFO for all of the company’s operations in the Americas, which amounted to $1.8 billion of annualized revenues. He has lived and worked in several different countries, has a strong background in M&A and he graduated from Dublin City University (Ireland) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.
Alicia Barker
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Barker is the Chief Operating Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc.
Ms. Barker is a dynamic, highly-regarded HR Executive and Certified Professional Coach. She brings 20 years of experience from a variety of fast-paced, competitive industries. She has served in leadership roles for publicly traded companies, independently-owned boutiques and international advertising agencies. Ms. Barker has managed large teams and provided professional development and executive coaching to a wide variety of professionals. Her last corporate role was as the lead HR Executive of Human Resources for Hudson North America, a professional staffing company. Ms. Barker reported to the President and oversaw the HR Operations for 37 offices.
She was previously the owner of Act II, a privately-owned HR Consulting and executive coaching business.
Ms. Barker is an active leader and fundraiser in her community. She has held board positions for The New Jersey Festival Orchestra, The Historic Preservation Commission, and the Westfield, NJ Board of Health.
Dimitri Villard
Independent Director
Mr. Villard is the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.
Mr. Villard has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal BioSciences, Inc., a biotechnology company that has developed innovative cancer therapies using the immune system, since 1999. Mr. Villard was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Peer Media Technologies, Inc., a public company Internet technology business, from February 2009 to December 2012, which changed its name from ARTISTdirect, Inc. in May 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Villard served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since March 2008 and as a Director since January 2005. In addition, since January 1982 to present, he has served as President and Director of Byzantine Productions, Inc., where he produced a number of feature films with major studios.
Previously, Mr. Villard was a Director at the investment banking firm Société Générale and affiliated entities, and he was a Managing Director at the investment banking firm Laidlaw & Co. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles chapter of the Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest private venture capital groups in the United States. Mr. Villard received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from China International Medical University.
Mr. Villard is an advisor to Clinics On Demand, a telemedicine venture, AesculaTech, a biomedical device company, and Kangarootime, a SaaS company in the pre-school industry. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where he serves on the Foreign Language Committee.
Nicholas Florio
Independent Director
Mr. Florio is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.
Mr. Florio provides business consulting and financial advice to a variety of closely held private businesses. He is an audit and accounting partner located in the Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. With over 25 years of experience in service businesses, Mr. Florio advises in the areas of valuation services, business consulting, and profitability analysis, and helps clients with strategic corporate organization, as well as business and tax planning. His experience extends to providing advice on corporate structuring, positioning of intellectual property, licensing and branding rights, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and consulting, among general business and tax advice.
Mr. Florio also manages Citrin Cooperman’s wealth management business, which operates under the Apexium Financial LP name. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also President of the Industry Partner Group, New York Staffing Association (NYSA), a member of the Mid Atlantic Staffing Association Industry Partner Group (MASA), the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the American Staffing Association and the New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA).
Vincent Cebula
Independent Director
Mr. Cebula is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, and the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee.
Mr. Cebula has a decades-long history as a director, operating advisor, and investor in special situations, including 35 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and operational restructurings. Mr. Cebula has been involved in the investment of over $1.7 billion in over thirty companies and has served as a director to several public and private companies. Since January 2021, Mr. Cebula has served as an Operating Advisor to Solace Capital Partners, L.P., a middle-market private investment firm, an entity that he co-founded in 2013, and where he served as a Managing Partner until February 2018 and Chief Operating Officer until December 2020. Between 2007 and 2012, Mr. Cebula served as a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners and Jefferies & Company, Inc., focusing on investments in the middle market. Between 1994 and 2007, Mr. Cebula was a Managing Director at Trust Company of the West/Oaktree Capital Management and was one of the original four senior members of Oaktree's Principal Opportunities Funds. Between 1990 and 1994, Mr. Cebula worked as a finance professional for Brooke Group Ltd., a publicly traded company actively involved in purchasing and restructuring troubled businesses. Between 1986 and 1990, Mr. Cebula was an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert advising clients on acquisition and recapitalization financings. Mr. Cebula graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics. Since July 2021, Mr. Cebula has served as an Independent Director of the Company where he also serves as a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, the Nominating, and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Audit Committee.
